| Visual Voices Unlimited© and Lynne Bernay-Roman have developed a creative, stay in school program, designed for at risk kids, middle school through high school. The innovative art curriculum is not a technical photography class but focuses on self discovery, exploration, self-esteem building, team work and innovative problem solving techniques. The curriculum uses the SCANS format of student driven learning. The Finding Focus Through Photography© program addresses issues such as feelings, communication, new perspectives and relationships. The students job shadow a professional photographer as well as plan, organize and promote their photographic debut at a public place |
